Returns & Exchanges
- Returns: We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
- Exchanges: Exchanges are available at the cost of the buyer. This includes shipping fees for sending the item back and reshipping the exchanged item.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags (if applicable) to qualify for exchange.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details.
Returns & Exchanges Instructions
Since returns are not accepted, the process below applies only to exchanges:
- Request an Exchange
- Contact our Customer Service team at [insert email/phone] within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, item details, and reason for exchange.
- Exchange Approval
- Once approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization and shipping instructions.
- Please do not ship items back without authorization, as they may not be processed.
- Prepare Your Item for Return Shipping
- Ensure the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags/packaging intact.
- Securely pack the item to avoid damage during transit.
- Buyer Responsibility for Shipping Costs
- All exchange shipping costs (return + reshipment) are paid by the buyer.
- We recommend using our international partner DHL for secure and trackable delivery.
- You will be provided with DHL drop-off instructions or pick-up options depending on your location.
- Ship the Item Back
- Follow the DHL instructions provided and keep a copy of your tracking number.
- We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages sent without tracking.
- Processing Your Exchange
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will confirm eligibility for exchange.
- Approved exchanges will be shipped within 5–7 business days.
- A new DHL tracking number will be sent to you once your replacement item ships.
